Midlife is the beginning. Treat it that way.
A physician focused on precision longevity and midlife health — for patients who want to understand where their biology is headed, not just whether today’s labs are “normal.”
Practicing medicine since 2001, Dr. Song spent thirteen years in obstetrics and gynecology with Englewood OB-GYN Women’s Group. In 2014, she founded Vibrant Life Medicine, where she focused on integrative gynecology, hormone optimization, personalized nutrition, and functional medicine. Across both practices, patients often described her care as thorough, thoughtful, and deeply personal.
Her background gives her particular depth in women’s hormonal health, and in the perimenopause and menopause transitions that reshape metabolism, sleep, cognition, body composition and long-term risk.
In 2020, Dr. Song stepped away from clinical practice to care for family members facing complex medical challenges. That experience strengthened her conviction that medicine is at its best when it is personal, precise, and proactive.
Today, Vibrant Life Medicine brings that philosophy into precision longevity care — combining advanced diagnostics with physician interpretation and a strategy that evolves as each patient does. The goal is not simply to improve numbers, but to understand the person behind them.

“The question I ask is not simply, ‘what is wrong today?’
It is: what is your biology telling us about where you are headed —
and what can we do about it now?”
— Erica Song, MD
