Engagement & Productivity
Gallup estimates that low employee engagement cost the global economy approximately $10 trillion in lost productivity in 2025.
| Metric | Conventional Health Approach | VLM Executive Longevity Approach |
|---|---|---|
| Hidden Health Risk | Health concerns are often addressed only after symptoms, abnormal routine labs, or performance decline become difficult to ignore. | Earlier identification of cardiometabolic, inflammatory, sleep, metabolic, hormonal, and physiologic risk patterns can support more proactive decision-making. |
| Energy & Cognitive Performance | Fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, and stress are often treated as normal consequences of high-responsibility work. | Individualized assessment can help identify underlying contributors to fatigue, recovery gaps, and cognitive performance concerns. |
| Body Composition & Metabolic Health | Weight and BMI are often used as crude proxies for health, missing muscle, visceral fat, insulin resistance, and metabolic flexibility. | Body composition, biomarkers, and metabolic assessment provide a more precise view of muscle, metabolism, and long-term healthspan risk. |
| Long-Term Continuity | One-time checkups rarely create a longitudinal strategy for prevention, performance, and healthspan. | A personalized longevity roadmap gives executives clear priorities across biomarkers, nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery, body composition, and follow-up care. |
Vibrant Life Medicine’s executive longevity framework is informed by published research in cardiometabolic health, sleep, cognitive performance, body composition, and preventive medicine.
For executives and leadership teams, health is not only personal. It affects decision-making, stamina, resilience, continuity, and organizational performance. Research has linked disengagement, burnout, and health-related lost productive time to substantial workplace costs — underscoring why forward-looking organizations are investing in more proactive, physician-led health strategies for key leaders.
Gallup estimates that low employee engagement cost the global economy approximately $10 trillion in lost productivity in 2025.
In a 2025 U.S. workforce survey, 55% of workers reported burnout, and burned-out employees were nearly three times more likely to say they planned to leave their employer in the coming year.
Based on 2019 data, chronic diseases and injuries cost U.S. employers an estimated $575 billion a year in lost productivity.

Not corporate wellness. Physician-led precision longevity.
Vibrant Life Medicine provides comprehensive longevity assessments for executives, founders, leadership teams, private groups, and select retreat settings.
Unlike conventional wellness programs that focus on participation or generalized advice, VLM delivers individualized assessments built around each person’s biology — translating biomarkers, body composition, metabolic data, cognitive performance, sleep patterns, and lifestyle context into a personalized longevity roadmap.
Assessments may include advanced biomarkers, body composition testing, resting metabolic assessment, cognitive performance assessment, sleep and stress risk review, and biomarker-informed precision nutrition guidance.
Inquire About PartnershipExecutive longevity requires more than a routine physical. VLM identifies patterns that influence energy, performance, resilience, and long-term risk through advanced diagnostics and clinical interpretation.
Cardiometabolic, hormonal, thyroid, inflammatory, nutrient, and organ-system markers — interpreted in context across age, symptoms, metabolism, cognition, and body composition.
Muscle mass, fat mass, and visceral fat patterns, with grip strength measured alongside them. Muscle is increasingly recognized as a longevity organ — composition shows how much there is, grip shows how well it works.
PNOĒ testing measures resting metabolic rate and VO₂ max, and a two-week continuous glucose analysis captures real-world glucose patterns — together informing nutrition, training, and metabolic strategy. VO₂ max is included when clinically indicated, at our Bergen County clinic.
A foundational look at the microbial patterns influencing metabolism, immune function, inflammation, and nutrient absorption that standard panels overlook.
Cognitive testing across attention, processing speed, memory, and executive function, alongside screening for sleep quality, sleep apnea risk, and recovery patterns.
Genomic analysis for deeper insight into genetic risk patterns, including how the body processes hormones. Epigenetic testing measures pace of aging across organ systems and a distinct hormone age.
Microbiome analysis, genomic analysis, continuous glucose monitoring, and VO₂ max testing are included in the individual Executive Longevity Assessment. Leadership team and retreat programs use a focused package designed for group delivery.
For companies investing in a single senior leader — a new C-suite hire, a founder, or a key executive — with a comprehensive, physician-led assessment of healthspan, performance, and future risk.
Conducted at our Bergen County, New Jersey clinic. Includes comprehensive genomic analysis, biological age and epigenetic testing, microbiome analysis, continuous glucose monitoring, and VO₂ max testing.

Thorough assessment cannot be compressed into a single visit.
Laboratory analysis, biological age testing, and physician interpretation each run on their own timeline. Results are reviewed individually with each participant as they return — which is why the engagement spans three phases rather than one day.
Remote · approximately two weeks prior
Intake, medical and lifestyle history, cognitive performance assessment, and sleep risk screening are completed remotely, so on-site time is spent on testing and clinical conversation rather than paperwork.
One day · longer for retreat programs
Fasted laboratory collection, resting metabolic rate, body composition, grip strength, and biological age testing, alongside an individual conversation with your physician about your history, concerns, and priorities. Team engagements also include an Executive Longevity Briefing.
Remote · five to six weeks
Results are integrated as they return. Each participant meets individually with their physician to review findings and receives a written Healthspan Profile with prioritized recommendations.
On-site programs are delivered in New Jersey and New York. Individual assessments are conducted at our Bergen County clinic.
The individual assessment is built for a single senior leader — a new C-suite hire, a founder, or a key executive — and is conducted at our Bergen County clinic. It carries the broadest diagnostic scope we offer.

The Executive Longevity Assessment is a defined engagement. It does not include ongoing medication or hormone management, clinical messaging access, the member health platform, repeated treatment adjustments, routine follow-up visits, or repeat testing. Prescription therapies and ongoing medical management require an established patient relationship, clinical evaluation, and enrollment in an appropriate VLM membership tier.
Individual Executive Longevity Assessments are typically conducted through our Bergen County, New Jersey clinic.
On-site programs are available for select leadership teams, private groups, and retreat settings.
