Vibrant Life Medicine is designed for adults who are generally healthy and high-functioning, and who want a thoughtful, proactive clinical partnership rather than a rushed visit, a protocol template, or a one-size-fits-all wellness plan.
Our members include professionals, parents, and active individuals — people committed to understanding and optimizing their biology. Whether you are navigating a demanding career, raising a family, staying active, or simply committed to aging well on your own terms, the practice is built around one principle: your biology is unique, and your care should be too.
If you are managing complex or unstable medical conditions that require intensive disease-focused care, we will work collaboratively with your existing care team and refer appropriately. Our focus is proactive, longitudinal care — identifying and addressing risk early — rather than acute or episodic disease management.
Yes. Vibrant Life Medicine complements — but does not replace — your relationship with a primary care physician.
Our focus is proactive longevity care, healthspan optimization, advanced diagnostics, and precision therapeutics. We do not provide urgent or acute care, or specialist-led management of complex disease.
For many members, Vibrant Life Medicine adds a more proactive, data-driven layer of prevention and optimization to their existing care.
Vibrant Life Medicine is built around precision longevity: advanced diagnostics, physician-led interpretation, personalized prevention, and ongoing protocol refinement.
Vibrant Life Medicine places particular emphasis on identifying risk earlier, tracking meaningful markers over time, and refining care as your biology changes — for members who want to preserve healthspan and performance before disease develops. There is meaningful overlap with functional medicine; the difference is primarily one of emphasis rather than opposition.
When findings suggest a condition requiring disease-focused care, we coordinate with or refer to the appropriate specialist.
Your first year begins with comprehensive baseline diagnostics, followed by physician-led interpretation that turns those results into a personalized longevity strategy. From there, care follows a rhythm of scheduled visits, interim check-ins, and protocol updates, at a frequency set by your membership tier.
The full sequence is outlined under How We Work Together on the Membership page. The exact schedule — what testing is appropriate, in what order, and how often we meet — is personalized during onboarding according to your membership tier and clinical needs.
Diagnostic testing is performed in person at our Bergen County office. Some consultations and follow-up visits may be available by secure telehealth, depending on clinical needs and the state where you are physically located at the time of the visit.
We discuss the appropriate mix of in-person and virtual care before care begins.
No. Vibrant Life Medicine is a direct-pay practice. Membership fees are paid directly and do not involve insurance billing. This model gives us greater flexibility to design care around your clinical needs rather than insurance billing requirements.
Membership fees and qualifying medical services may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement. Members are encouraged to confirm eligibility with their plan administrator.
The cost of prescribed medications, supplements, add-on diagnostics, technologies, and procedures is not included in membership fees. Medications — including hormone therapy, peptides, GLP-1 medications, and other prescribed therapies — are recommended and prescribed only when clinically appropriate.
When medications are prescribed, members may have access to preferred pricing through partner pharmacies or vendors.
Core and Optimize are offered as a 12-month or a 6-month minimum term, with monthly, quarterly, and prepay payment options. The 12-month term carries the lower monthly rate. Signature is offered as a 12-month term only. Payment frequency does not change the minimum membership term.
Diagnostic testing follows a clinical schedule based on medical need and when each test was last performed, so testing is not repeated simply because a new membership term begins.
Yes. Members may request an upgrade during an active term. Upgrading does not restart the membership term, and moves to a lower tier take effect at renewal. Upgrades to Signature remain subject to availability, since that tier is intentionally limited.
Testing continues according to your clinical schedule and when each test was last completed, so changing tiers does not automatically require repeating recent testing. The effective date, fees, and newly included services are reviewed with you before any change takes effect.
Founding-member rate protection continues after an upgrade: the rate in effect for the new tier on the upgrade date becomes the protected rate through the first renewal, provided membership remains continuous.
Founding members who enroll for a 12-month term receive one month of their first year at no charge,
priority scheduling, and membership-rate protection through their first renewal.
The month at no charge is a one-time credit equal to one month of the tier you select — in effect, founding members pay for 11 months of their first year. It is applied within the 12‑month initial term and does not extend membership to a 13th month: for members paying monthly it is applied to the final month of the term, and for members paying annually it appears as a separate Founding Member Credit line on the invoice. It does not apply to six-month Core or Optimize memberships and does not recur at renewal.
Rate protection initially applies to the tier selected at enrollment and requires continuous membership. If a founding member upgrades during the initial term, the rate in effect for the new tier on the upgrade date becomes the protected rate through the first renewal. Protection applies to membership fees only — not separately billed medications, treatments, add-on testing, or dispensary items. At renewals after the first, membership rates are those then in effect.
Founding membership is limited to the first 20 members who complete enrollment — accepted into the practice, agreement signed, tier and term selected, and initial payment made. Joining the Priority List does not guarantee founding-member status.
