Vibrant Life Medicine is for proactive adults who want a thoughtful clinical partnership rather than a rushed visit or a one-size-fits-all wellness plan — people intent on understanding their biology and aging well on their own terms.
If you are managing complex or unstable conditions that require intensive disease-focused care, we work collaboratively with your existing care team and refer appropriately. Our focus is proactive, longitudinal care — identifying and addressing risk early — rather than acute or episodic disease management.
Yes. Vibrant Life Medicine complements — but does not replace — your relationship with a primary care physician.
Our focus is proactive longevity care, healthspan optimization, advanced diagnostics, and precision therapeutics. We do not provide urgent or acute care, or specialist-led management of complex disease.
For many members, Vibrant Life Medicine adds a more proactive, data-driven layer of prevention and optimization to their existing care.
Vibrant Life Medicine is built around precision longevity: advanced diagnostics, physician-led interpretation, longitudinal tracking, and individualized medical management, with particular emphasis on identifying risk earlier and refining care as your biology changes.
There is meaningful overlap with functional medicine; the difference is one of emphasis rather than opposition. When findings suggest a condition requiring disease-focused care, we coordinate with or refer to the appropriate specialist.
Care begins with comprehensive baseline diagnostics and physician-led interpretation that turns those results into a personalized longevity strategy. From there, care follows a rhythm of scheduled visits, interim check-ins, and protocol updates, at a frequency set by your membership tier.
The full sequence is outlined under How We Work Together on the Membership page. Your exact schedule is personalized during onboarding.
Diagnostic testing may take place at our Bergen County office, at an affiliated draw site, or, where available, through mobile collection at a location convenient to you, depending on the test. Continuous glucose monitoring and home sleep testing are completed at home. Some consultations and follow-up visits may be available by secure telehealth, depending on clinical needs and the state where you are physically located at the time of the visit.
We discuss the appropriate mix of in-person and virtual care before care begins.
Yes. The Healthspan Assessment is a comprehensive, physician-led evaluation available without a membership. It concludes with your written VLM Healthspan Roadmap — what deserves attention now, what can wait, and what should come next.
Ongoing medical management, prescription management, and between-visit care are not included. See the Healthspan Assessment for the full scope and pricing, or compare membership options.
No. Vibrant Life Medicine is a direct-pay practice. Membership fees are paid directly and do not involve insurance billing. This model gives us greater flexibility to design care around your clinical needs rather than insurance billing requirements.
Some individual medical services and testing may be eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement. Eligibility depends on your plan, and we encourage members to confirm with their plan administrator.
Prescribed medications, supplements, add-on diagnostics, technologies, and procedures are not included in membership fees. Hormone therapy, peptides, GLP-1 medications, and other therapies are recommended or prescribed only when clinically appropriate.
All Vibrant Life Medicine memberships are 12-month commitments. The first year is designed as a complete care cycle: we establish your baseline, act on what we find, measure how you respond, and refine what comes next.
Membership is billed quarterly beginning at enrollment — $1,950 for Core, $3,000 for Optimize, and $6,000 for Signature.
Memberships are not month-to-month. Your payment schedule does not change the 12-month membership commitment. Renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are provided in the membership agreement before enrollment.
Founding members receive one month of their first year at no charge, priority scheduling, and membership-rate protection through their first renewal.
The benefit applies to the first 20 members who complete enrollment. The complimentary month is provided as a one-time credit during the initial membership year. Rate protection applies to the membership tier selected at enrollment, subject to the terms of the membership agreement. Joining the Priority List does not guarantee founding-member status.
