Optimize is for members who want closer monitoring and more frequent refinement. Biomarkers are reassessed twice yearly, with two physician strategy visits and two clinical check‑ins — four scheduled contacts a year — and hormone, peptide, metabolic, and GLP‑1 management available when clinically appropriate.

Signature is for members who want the broadest diagnostic program, with Dr. Song personally involved throughout the year. Advanced testing that is optional in other tiers is included and integrated into one evolving plan. Genomic analysis is performed once and informs your care for years afterward.

Diagnostic testing follows a clinical schedule based on when each test was last performed, not on your enrollment date — so you’re never repeating tests you’ve recently had.
The cost of prescribed medications, supplements, add-on diagnostics, technologies, and procedures is not included in membership fees.
GLP-1 Note: GLP-1 medication management is available at the Optimize tier and above when clinically appropriate. The cost of prescribed medications is not included in membership fees. Core members who are candidates may be offered an Optimize upgrade for the duration of treatment, with the membership rate difference applying during active therapy.
